What the site is

The site is a portfolio and information resource. It exists to showcase the work of Spaces Inc and to let prospective clients reach us. Nothing on the site constitutes a contractual offer, professional advice, or a binding quote.

All content on the site — photographs, drawings, plans, project descriptions, the Spaces Inc name and logo — is owned by Spaces Inc or licensed to us. You may view it on your device and share a link with attribution. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for any commercial purpose without our written permission. Project information accuracy

Project details (status, year, location, photography) are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Some projects shown are at concept or construction stages and may differ from the final built environment. Photographs may include creative post-processing for portfolio presentation.

Contact form

The contact form is monitored during regular business hours. We do our best to respond within two working days, but we don't guarantee a response time. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship between you and Spaces Inc. Information you submit is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through the contact form.
• Probe, scan, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the site's security.
• Scrape the site at a rate or scale that interferes with normal operation.
